Out of stock items

  • If you ordered an item and then received a notification from the merchant ¬†that the product was out of stock, you may contact the merchant to change your order using the details located in the right panel.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order from the website and make a new order.
  • The merchant may offer you an alternative product that has the same value (or more) as your original purchase. You are free to accept or decline the offer.
  • If you decline the offer, you may cancel your order, or remove the product from your basket and deduct the charge from the final price.
