    • You would like to change the order details
    • You require further information about the order
    • You have not received confirmation that the order was placed
    • Other general questions
  • Please contact the Merchant directly using the contact information displayed in the top right corner of the shop front for questions about:
    • Items that have already been shipped
    • Fulfilment of the items
    • A change in the order
    • You have not received confirmation from the merchant that the order has been shipped
    • You are not satisfied with the item you received
  • If you have unresolved issues after discussion with the merchant directly, please contact our Service Centre and we will gladly assist you with any questions you have regarding your order.
