Order not received

  • Please check that you completed payment and confirmed delivery on the retailer’s own website.
  • If you have done this successfully then the supermarket would have sent you an order and payment confirmation with an official order number. You know your order is complete once you have received this. If you did not receive this order confirmation it indicates that your order was not finalised and the retailer did not have an order to deliver.
  • If you did receive this confirmation, please check the delivery details.
  • mySupermarket is not able to track an order once you have sent your basket to a retailer. For more help, please contact the retailer directly. There should be a contact number on the order confirmation.
