Claiming Cashback

If you are completing your order through an online store, your Cashback claims will be automatically processed. For more information about using the Cashback programme, please see here.

If you are shopping in the store, you cannot get your Cashback till you have paid for your shopping.

Once you are finished, find the list you have used from the Lists menu, by pressing the three lines in the top left hand corner and choosing “All Lists”. Pick your list from the menu and it will open the list in your basket.

In your basket, press the three little circles in the top right corner.















Choose “Redeem Cashback” from the menu to open a menu.














If you have Cashback items in your basket, choose “OK”. You will be taken to the “Redeem Cashback” page.














In order to claim your Cashback, you need to take a picture of your receipt. Press the little orange camera icon to open your camera and snap a picture of your receipt. Make sure that the store name, the date and the relevant items can all be seen clearly. You can take multiple pictures if necessary.














Then press ”Send” to send the photo to mySupermarket.

Your claim will be reviewed and if your receipt is clear, the Cashback will be transferred to your Paypal account.

Please keep your receipt until you see your Cashback arrive in your Paypal account.
