How to claim Cashback?

  • In order to process your Cashback payment, we will need to confirm that your purchase was completed in the selected store. Where possible, we will verify this from the Supermarket itself. If we are unable to do so, we may request that you email us a copy of your delivery receipt to cashback@mysupermarket.com.
  • Please keep your delivery receipt until after you have received your cashback to your PayPal account so that this receipt is available to send to us should we request it.
  • Please note that receipts are often requested from shops made using the mobile app due to unclear photos.
